Olla Hiki Sauna
Zoom out and take some time for yourself in the heat of the wood fired sauna. The amazing Sarah from Olla Hiki is back in the tipi field. This has so many perks- is one of the most amazing experiences to warm up after a day outdoors, to release tension in your body from being in the car or the best start to the day.
Check out the special events and sauna rituals this summer or trial a 30 minute session if you wanted to experience it for the first time.

Sunday Yoga
Come and stretch it out with Billy on Sunday morning. Great for all levels. Billy discovered Yoga and meditation sometime in early nineties Australia and has practised various styles throughout the years ever since.

Ria has been qualified in Swedish massage for over 6 years, her experience varies from a 5* Spa and Hotel in the Cotswolds, freelance mobile massages to peoples homes and working in spas on Super Yachts providing luxury treatments to the owners and their guests.
